Abstract
Lärare som är varma, lyhörda och stödjande minskar risken för mobbning i skolan. Lärare som medvetet arbetar för att utveckla och bibehålla sådana relationer med sina elever gör skolan till en tryggare plats. Dessutom är det gynnsamt för elevernas skolprestationer.
