Abstract

I en dramatisk rättegångsscen i Stieg Larssons bok Luftslottet som sprängdes vittnar en viss Dr Teleborian om att hans tidigare patient Lisbeth Salander har fantiserat ihop en redogörelse för hur hon blivit våldtagen av sin övervakare. Vittnesmålet blir helt tillintetgjort när man i rätten visar en videoinspelning av övergreppet. Hårda fakta (synliga bevis) blir vinnare i målet.
