Abstract
Internationellt organiseras skolutveckling ofta som kollegialt lärande, som bygger på lärares professionella samarbete. Ändå visar få studier hur kollegialt lärande positivt påverkar skolmiljöer eller elevernas lärande. En sätt att organisera lärares professionella utveckling där forskningen kunnat uppvisa positiva resultat är att använda metoden rundor med fokus på undervisningskvalitet (Quality Teaching Rounds, QTR).
