Creating consensus to increase accessibility to adults and build safe relationships

Adults who work in schools have probably at some point had the feeling of being insufficient and wished that they could be more accessible to the students. The challenges to becoming more accessible are many and involve both organization and learning environment. Creating consensus and a common approach to routines, rules and responsiveness to students are needed to create security, predictability and good relationships.
